Unique combinations of mechanical and chemical pre-treatments meet industry specifications.
Problem: Customer required a qualified metal finisher to develop a coating system to meet stringent PACCAR truck, salt spray requirements and continually pass required annual verifications.
Solution: Continental Coating developed a pre-treatment coating system consisting of media blasting, phosphate wash and a thermosetting urethane powder coating to meet the requirements.
