Durable, Non-Stick Coating
Application of Epflor. A proprietary coating developed by Continental Coating combining common thermosetting polyester powder with PTFE. Documented to show 36% reduction in coefficient of friction compared to plain powder. Excellent choice for these industrial saw blades.
Problem: Friction causing increased temperatures and degrading coating.
Solution: By combining the non-stick properties of PFTE and the durabliity of thermosetting polyester, Continental Coating developed a proprietary blend called Epflor that brings the best of both products into a single finish to radically increase the usable life of these sawblades.
